Shipping is free, whichever box you choose and however many you order. No minimum order value, no surcharge for weight.
When does my box leave?
Order on a weekday before 3 PM and your box goes to the carrier that same day. Orders placed after 3 PM, at the weekend or on a public holiday go out the next working day.
Which countries do we ship to?
All countries in the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU for now. Live elsewhere and still want a box? Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will see what is possible.
How long does delivery take?
That varies by country and by carrier. What is fixed: order on a weekday before 3 PM and your box goes out the same day. From that moment you follow it live with your track & trace code and see exactly when it will be delivered.
Delivery times are indications, not guarantees. Around holidays and busy periods it can take longer. In any case we deliver within 30 days of your order.
Track & trace
As soon as your box is registered with the carrier you receive a track & trace code by email. Not there within one working day of your order? Check your spam folder, and otherwise get in touch.
Heavier boxes
A 10 kilo box leaves as a single parcel. Make sure someone is home, or choose a collection point at checkout. Most carriers offer that option.
Arrived damaged?
Photograph the outside before you open the box and send it to support@unboxly.eu or over WhatsApp. Then we will sort it out together.
