Shipping costs

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, whatever the weight of your box and however many boxes are in your order. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders placed and paid for on a working day before 3 PM are registered with the carrier that same working day. Orders placed after 3 PM, at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery countries

We ship to all countries in the European Union. We do not deliver outside the EU for the time being.

Delivery times

We ship the same working day. How quickly delivery follows varies by country and by carrier. The track & trace code you receive from us shows exactly where your parcel is and when it will be delivered.

Carrier delivery times are indications, not strict deadlines. Around public holidays and during busy periods delivery can take longer. In any event we deliver within 30 days of your order, unless agreed otherwise.

Track & trace

As soon as your shipment is registered you receive a track & trace code by email. Check your spam folder if you have not received it within one working day of your order.

Address details

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Costs arising from an incorrectly supplied address may be charged to you. Spotted a mistake after ordering? Contact us straight away. As long as the shipment has not yet been registered we can usually still change it.

Shipments that do not arrive

The risk of damage or loss in transit lies with us until the moment you, or a third party designated by you, take receipt of the shipment. Has your shipment gone missing? Report it at support@unboxly.eu and we will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange a solution.

Heavy shipments

Boxes of 10 kilos are sent as a single parcel. Make sure someone is present at the delivery address, or choose a collection point at checkout if the carrier offers that option.
