From mystery box to your doormat
1. Choose your box and weight
Our current box is Lost Packages; new themes are coming soon. Choose your kilos: 3, 5 or 10. You are not ordering contents, you are ordering kilos. The heavier the box, the longer the unpacking lasts. What is inside is as much a mystery to us as it is to you.
2. We weigh and seal
Every box is filled by hand, weighed to the ordered weight and closed with a seal. In every box, Lost Packages included, each package or product goes into its own Unboxly mystery bag, so nothing is loose in the box.
3. Ordered today, shipped today
Order on a working day before 3 PM and your box goes to the carrier that same day. You get a track & trace code, so you can follow it live all the way to your door. We ship to all EU countries. Shipping is free on every order.
4. You unpack
Seal off, box open, then bag by bag at the table. From that moment it is yours: keep it, give it away, resell it, film it. What you do with it is entirely up to you.
Payment
You can pay straight away, or pay later with Klarna, which gives you 30 days after purchase. We also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay, among others.
What to know before you order
- We cannot guarantee specific products, brands, categories, the number of items or a minimum value. Contents and value differ per box.
- Lost Packages contains only new products. Packaging can be damaged and the odd item may not work. That is reflected in the price.
- A box can only be returned unopened and with the seal intact. See the frequently asked questions.
