Unboxly – Refund & Returns Policy

At Unboxly, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable experience for all customers. Because our products contain lost parcels sold by weight, special return conditions apply. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns Eligibility
14-Day Return Window
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Only Unopened & Sealed Boxes Can Be Returned
To qualify for a refund:
✔ The box must be unopened
✔ The original seal must be fully intact
✔ The box must be returned in its original condition
Once the seal is broken, the box is considered opened and cannot be returned.
No Returns on Opened Boxes or Contents
Because Unboxly sells lost products per KG, the nature of the items means:

Once a box is opened,
-
Once the seal is broken, or
-
Once the contents have been unpacked or inspected,
the box and all items inside become non-returnable and non-refundable.
This is necessary to maintain product integrity, weight accuracy, and transparency for all customers.
Refunds
If your return meets the above conditions:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable
-
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
Refunds are processed once we have received and inspected the returned box.
Damaged Shipments
If your box arrives damaged from transport and has not been opened:

Please contact us immediately with photos of the outer packaging and the seal

We will review the case and provide a suitable solution
Damage resulting from opening the box is not eligible for a refund.
