At Unboxly, we know you can’t wait to open your box — that’s why we ship the same day you order.
We deliver across the entire European Union, and most orders arrive within 48 hours after dispatch.


1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders placed on business days before our cut-off time are shipped the same day.

  • Deliveries within the EU usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

  • Orders placed during weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We work exclusively with trusted European carriers to ensure fast, safe, and reliable delivery throughout the EU.


2. TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 24 hours of your purchase, please check your spam folder or contact support@unboxly.eu.


3. SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping throughout the European Union on all orders, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
In rare cases, local customs or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are always the responsibility of the recipient.


4. DELIVERY GUARANTEES

Our goal is to deliver every order within 48 hours, but occasional delays may occur due to:

  • customs inspection,

  • severe weather,

  • carrier network issues or strikes,

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses, or

  • other circumstances beyond our control.

Unboxly cannot be held liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always do our best to help resolve any delivery issue promptly.


5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact support@unboxly.eu within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damaged products or packaging.
We will investigate the matter with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with our refund policy.


6. SHIPPING AREAS

We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union.
If you are located outside the EU, please contact support@unboxly.eu before placing your order to confirm delivery options and rates.


7. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before confirming your order.
Unboxly is not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
