Unboxly sells mystery boxes filled with parcels that never reached their destination. Not returned, not rejected, not surplus. Simply lost.
How that happens
Millions of parcels move through Europe every day. A label peels off, an address turns out not to exist, a parcel is never collected. The online shop refunds the customer and the parcel stays where it is.
A consignment like that used to end up destroyed. We buy them instead.
What we do
We collect the consignments from carriers and handling agents, sort by hand and divide everything by the kilo across our boxes. We do not open the parcels to see what is inside. We weigh, seal and ship. That is also why we cannot promise anything about the contents. Every box is different, and that is exactly the point.
What we do stand for
- Honest about what we do not know. No lists of guaranteed brands or quantities. Those would be made up.
- Out the door fast. Ordered before 3 PM on a weekday, shipped the same day.
- Free shipping. To all EU countries, no shipping costs.
- Nothing goes to waste. What nobody ever collected gets a second life with someone else.
